Our industrial-grade White Coating Board Paper Machine represents the pinnacle of multi-layer web forming and precision surface treatment technology. Engineered specifically for high-capacity, heavy-duty industrial paper mills, this continuous production line converts various types of fiber matrices—ranging from economical recycled waste paper (OCC, mixed office waste) to premium virgin bleached softwood/hardwood pulp—into rigid, high-grade, multi-ply coated paperboards.

1 SetCoated Duplex Board with Gray Back (GD2 / GD3 / GT2): This is the highest-volume product for standard consumer cartons. The multi-wire system allows you to use cheap recycled waste paper (OCC or mixed papers) to form the thick core and bottom layers, saving massive raw material costs. Meanwhile, a premium bleached white layer topped with specialized clay coating is applied to the front surface, creating a perfect canvas for high-end product graphics.
Folding Boxboard (FBB / White Cardboard / GC1 / GC2): Composed of multiple layers of mechanical pulp sandwiched between chemical pulp, this premium grade offers extreme bulk and mechanical stiffness. It is the premier choice for global pharmaceutical packaging, cosmetics boxes, high-end confectionery cartons, and cigarette packaging.
Solid Bleached Sulfate (SBS): Made exclusively from bleached virgin chemical pulp throughout all layers. This ultra-pure, food-safe white board is engineered for luxury gift boxes, high-end electronic packaging (such as smartphone and laptop boxes), and premium liquid packaging.
White Top Linerboard: A specialized grade designed for the corrugating industry. It provides a brilliant white, clay-coated outer surface integrated onto a high-strength kraft liner base, ideal for heavy-duty shipping boxes that double as promotional retail displays.

Advanced Multi-Layer Production Process & Technology
I. Multi-Wire Sheet Forming Section (Structural Backbone)
To achieve high basis weight (GSM) without sheet delamination, our machine utilizes a Multi-Fourdrinier Wire or Top-Wire Hybrid Forming Section. Instead of pumping all fibers through a single headbox, the machine employs multiple dedicated hydraulic headboxes.
II. Heavy-Duty Press Section (Water Removal & Bulk Preservation)
Before the sheet enters the energy-intensive thermal drying phase, water must be mechanically extracted. We utilize a combination of a Large Diameter Blind-Drilled Press and an advanced Long Nip Press (LNP) / Shoe Press. By applying massive hydraulic pressure over a wider nip area, the Shoe Press achieves a dryness level exceeding 45-48% before the sheet ever touches a steam cylinder. This drastically lowers your mill's overall steam consumption while preserving the maximum bulk and thickness of the paperboard—a critical factor for the stiffness of packaging board.
III. Pre-Drying and MG Cylinder Treatment
The wet paperboard travels through a series of multi-cylinder dryer groups equipped with enclosed cast-iron steam hoods and automatic pocket ventilation systems for uniform moisture profiles. For specific high-bulk grades, an oversized Yankee Dryer (MG Cylinder) is integrated into the pre-drying section. The sheet is pressed against the mirror-polished, steam-heated surface of the MG cylinder, imparting an initial high smoothness and flat profile to the top side before any chemical coating is applied.
IV. Precision On-Line Multi-Stage Blade Coating Section
This is where the magic happens. To create a surface worthy of luxury printing, the base paperboard passes through our On-Line Coating Workstations. Depending on your target market quality, we configure a double-stage or triple-stage coating layout:
1.The Pre-Coater (Rod or Blade Coater): Applies an initial layer of Kaolin clay, Calcium Carbonate ($CaCO_3$), and latex binders to fill the microscopic voids and pores on the paper surface.
2.The Top Coater (Precision Air Knife or Bent-Blade Coater): Applies the final finishing layer. The air-knife system ensures a perfectly uniform coating thickness that follows the contour of the paper, while the blade coater ensures absolute flatness.Immediately following each coating station, infrared (IR) drying units combined with air-foil hot air dryers instantly immobilize the coating color, preventing binder migration and surface mottling.
